An East Indian by birth and at heart, a successful businessman, distinguished entrepreneur, enthusiastic social worker are a few ways to describe him. It was through his vision and dedication that what was once a maze of foliage has been transformed into this beautiful hotel that you see today. He is originally in the business of manufacturing and supplying religious articles of Christian faith all across India, under the name of Bosco Pendant (India). Since he would frequent this place for his social service events and visits to the church of Shrine of Vailankanni, he realized that there was a need for a hotel that would provide rest and relaxation to the pilgrims who came to the Shrine as also for revelers and picnickers who came looking to spend some time away from the city and have a day out at the beach. His latest venture speaks of his perfectionism and dedication to provide the best in terms of quality and service and at an affordable price. This project also has been a means to generate employment to the locals in the area. The Hotel was inaugurated by dignitaries including his eminence Bishop Agnelo Rufino Gracias , Msgr. Nereus Rodrigues and Chief Secretary of Maharashtra Sir Johny Joseph.
